Wheels with lip are a must!

Quick and easy to use, set up and learn time we're very little. The only problem I was running into was the fact that the wheels I had on the car when I first started to try basically have no flat surfaces on them. Once I change to a different style of wheel, which I have the process became exponentially easier. I would recommend this product to any capable DIY'er. Not only for my track car, doing some font end work on my daily and can re-align that too!

Alignment kit

I’m in the middle of suspension installation and the Gyraline has taken a lot of the time and energy out of the preliminary front alignment and squaring up of the rear axle.

Great Item, High Quality

Nice piece of equipment that complement the app that like magic tells you your alignment. Great for ease of use vs other method.

Some kind of voodoo magic!

It seems to work well. Simple as that.

Excellent company and product

This is an awesome product. It has saved me a lot of money on my project vehicles being able to do my own alignments. To top that off, Gyraline's customer service is extremely helpful. UPS was set to deliver the package and it go lost in transit. I relayed this information to Gyraline, they responded promptly and had a new package shipped out the very next day. I've been recommending them to all of my friends and co-workers.

Awesome

I will never go to a shop and get a front end. Alignment again. Gyraline is awesome. Love it.

Not bad

It took some practice, but once I figured it out I was able to determine what issues my car had. Taking your time and and taking several readings while being consistent is the key. The device could use a small improvement. The nubs that you press against the wheel need to be longer, My wheels have a deeper lip and the spoke is more pronounced so I had to press the tool against the edge of the bead which was difficult.

Gyraline Alignment review

A level of experience is needed to achieve the accurate result desired. Measurements are accurate as long as the readings are taking from the same exact spot…that’s expected. This isn’t for the faint of heart because tolerances will dictate the outcome….and that is expected which is why laser alignments are supposed to be the most accurate. But still, even laser alignments can be skewed by lazy, inexperienced techs. It really comes down to treating your equipment with care and taking the time to do it with the upmost care. Gyraline is accurate when experience is given time to achieve the desired results.

Doesn't fit an iPhone SE Gen2

Doesn't fit this phone, but that wasn't the real problem - the threads were stripped on the base.

They didn't return my email about it.

Hey Michael! Sorry to hear your SE did not fit - please contact our sales team sales@gyraline.com and we will get you sorted.

Android is up and coming.. Still not ready

I have the Samsung ultra 24 and the system appears to work. The problem is the user interface is not as robust as the Apple version. How long before a much better Interface will be available? After buying the product on Android.. Is there some type of code that will allow us to get better features than what's offered in the Beta setup?

Thank you for the review Corey! We have a target release of the 2.0 beta version THIS WEEKEND (March 9, 2025) for toe mode, new UI will be on par with the Apple version. It will be an update that shows up in the play store, stay tuned and thank you so much for the support.

I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time. The only downfall I see is the measurements are only as precise as the person taking the measurements. Other than that great products.

Gyraline works quite well,

The tool works quite well. I'm struggling with repeatability but improving as I gain confidence. I'm wondering about accuracy of toe readings in inches as I don't understand how that can be calculated without input on tire diameter. I'm still in the learning curve. :)

Great product

Easy to use great product

Wonderful Device

Working on a Super 7 and this device allows us to easily align the car's camber, castor and toe both front and rear very accurately.

Buy this! Highly Recommend!

I bought this for my husband, who wanted to give it a try because we had three vehicles that needed aligned, and we figured if it works, it would save us a lot of money over the years. This thing works great! We tested it against my father-in-law's truck that he just had professionally aligned. The numbers matched up perfectly. We used it on our truck and could tell a HUGE difference. It's definitely worth it! The videos are beneficial if you get stuck.

works but time consuming

It seems to work fine but takes quite a while moving back and forth from side to side. I wonder if there's a way to use two phones and strap the tools to the tires or wheels? This would give real time feedback as you're adjusting instead of getting up and down off the floor so many times and walking side to side so many times.

Amazing DIY Wheel Alignment Tool!

The Gyraline Align-It-Yourself Kit is an excellent investment! Professional alignments in my area cost between $150-$200, but with this tool, I can align my car at home anytime I want for about $160. The setup is easy, and the app provides accurate measurements using my phone’s sensors. It saved me money and gave me the satisfaction of doing it myself. I highly recommend the Gyraline kit!

Tool is ok

Toe feature works well but is repeatable +or - 0.1not bad !!
The body align feature is kind of off and I cannot figure out why it gives me different data every time.
Camber feature works ok, but and is repeatable to +or - 0.2
Caster I have tried only a few times but really cannot get a repeatable number with in multiple attempts. It would be nice for the number to be saved not just give you the caster number and then it disappears after pushing Ok at the end.

It is ok needs a bit more refinement

great product and great customer service

It is more accurate than a tape measure and easy to use with one person. I use it for checking log trucks, pickups and some atv-utv. very handy tool to have around. Amazing how well it works.

You just made our day! Thanks for the awesome feedback on Gyraline. We’re thrilled that you're loving it, and we're impressed by your creativity in using it on ATVs and UTVs!

Awsome home alignment tool!

As long as you pre-set the level-ness of your floor/car, and take your time with analyzing, this device is a valuable workhorse in your shop! I fixed all alignment drivability issues. With patience, I no longer have twitching, bump steer, uneven tire wear. I also found some bent parts due to Gyroline's readings. The car drives so much nicer now! Alignments are so important. Patence in getting it dialed in takes time but is well worth it!

can't get consistent readings not very happy with it

Sorry to hear you're having trouble! Since our Android version is still in beta, we’re actively working on improving consistency and accuracy. One thing to check—did your phone pass the test mode? This can impact performance. Please reach out to us at sales@gyraline.com, and we’d be happy to troubleshoot with you. Your feedback helps us improve!

Works as advertised

Works as advertised, really nice to have. Would suggest a snap on top or storage box. Looks pretty cheep in a plastic bag to hold the little parts in my tool box. A single page quick start would help with the learning curve.

Good tool, needs some things addressed

The concept is great. Seems to provide accurate results from what I can tell at least as far as toe measurements are concerned. There are some things I think need to be considered/looked into.

1. Need to add a function to calibrate the surface the vehicle is placed on OR a way to use a flat surface on the vehicle for level reference calibration. This would make camber and caster readings more accurate and more repeatable.

2. Camber adjustments are difficult with some rims that have raised portions that extend beyond the lip of the rim. Maybe there is an adapter that can be made for the phone holder or another way to accommodate for weird rims? I Spent 4 hrs trying to finetune adjustments on a vehicle with irregularly shaped rims. The camber measuring did not go well. I will have to try and do it all over again.

3. A way to lock the tab that locks the phone on the channel. I’m afraid I may loose the little lock piece.

Besides those issues, the tool and software make alignments way easier and quicker than using a tape measure or running string. As long as you can find a truly level surface and you don’t have weird rims, this product is great for the at home technician wanting to do alignments themselves in lieu of taking the car to the shop.
