Plug In. Activate. Start Aligning.
Your Gyraline G2 is built for fast, repeatable alignment checks. This page gets you from box → first measurement in minutes.
Factory Calibrated • Use Included Cable
Install the app, then sign in (or create your account). Activation happens inside the app once your G2 is connected.
Already installed? Open the app and sign in, then come back here for step 2.
Plug your G2 directly into your phone using the included USB-C cable. Then pair the G2 to the app over Bluetooth.
Bluetooth pairing is required (one-time per device):
Open the Gyraline app. You will be prompted to Connect to your G2 in a Bluetooth Settings pop up. Tap Connect to pair.
- Use the included cable. Some third-party USB-C cables won’t work.
- Pair through Bluetooth. Select Gyraline G2.
- Case check: thicker cases can prevent full insertion—remove the case if connection is flaky.
- Stability tip: direct phone connection is best for stable readings.
If you see “connected but no data” — confirm Bluetooth is paired to Gyraline G2, then unplug/replug the G2 and wait 3–5 seconds.
G2 features require an active G2 license. Once your G2 is connected, you should see a G2 license in settings, hit refesh if not shown.
Licensing made simple:
G1 hardware uses a G1 license. G2 hardware uses a G2 license.
Your G2 goes through a factory calibration before shipping.
What if it “loses gravity”?
Pro move: after plugging in, set the device down for a few seconds for auto calibration.
Here are the three fixes that solve most issues.
- Not receiving data: unplug → replug → wait 3–5 seconds → confirm fully seated connection.
- Disconnects mid-measurement: remove phone case and use the included cable.
- Unstable readings: keep tool and phone stationary before saving.
