Thank you for trying Gyraline G1. Our 3-Day Trial is designed to let you experience G1 in your own garage before deciding whether to keep it. By placing a Trial Order, you agree to the following terms.
1. The 3-Day Trial
When you select the G1 3-Day Trial:
- We will ship you a new Gyraline G1 using overnight shipping.
- At checkout, your payment method will be authorized for $249.00.
- Your payment is not captured at checkout.
- You may see a pending authorization or hold on your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. When Your Trial Begins
Your 3-day evaluation period begins when your shipment is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier.
Your trial ends at 11:59 PM CST on the third day following confirmed delivery.
3. During the Trial
You are encouraged to use G1 as intended to evaluate whether it is right for your vehicle.
Normal evaluation use is permitted.
4. Keeping Your G1
If you decide to keep your G1, no action is required.
Once your 3-day evaluation period has ended, Gyraline will capture the authorized payment of $249.00 using the payment method you provided at checkout.
5. Cancelling Your G1 Trial
If you decide not to keep your G1 during the 3-Day Trial:
- Contact Gyraline Support before your trial period expires to notify us that you are canceling your trial.
- Destroy and dispose of the G1 hardware.
- Submit clear photographic proof of the destroyed hardware using the instructions provided by Gyraline.
Upon verification of the submitted proof, Gyraline will void the payment authorization associated with your Trial Order. Your G1 software license will be revoked, and you will no longer have access to the Gyraline software or related support services.
6. Hardware Destruction
The G1 hardware provided as part of the 3-Day Trial may not be retained if you cancel your trial.
To complete a canceled trial, you must permanently destroy the G1 hardware and submit photographic proof in accordance with Gyraline's instructions.
Gyraline reserves the right to request additional information if the submitted photographs are incomplete, unclear, or do not reasonably demonstrate that the hardware has been permanently disabled.
7. Payment Authorization
By placing a Trial Order, you authorize Gyraline to:
- Obtain a payment authorization for $249.00 at checkout.
- Capture that authorized payment if you keep the product under these Trial Terms.
If the payment authorization cannot be obtained, your Trial Order cannot be processed.
8. Shipping
Overnight shipping is included with eligible Trial Orders.
Shipping availability may vary by location.
Gyraline reserves the right to modify shipping methods for locations where overnight delivery is unavailable.
9. Trial Eligibility
The G1 3-Day Trial is limited to:
- Individual consumers only (not businesses, commercial entities, or organizations).
- One trial per customer.
- One trial per household.
- One trial per payment method.
- One trial per shipping address.
Gyraline reserves the right to refuse or cancel Trial Orders that appear fraudulent or intended to abuse the program.
10. Fraud Prevention
To protect the integrity of the Trial Program, Gyraline may decline Trial Orders that:
- Use invalid or unverifiable payment information.
- Appear to involve resale or commercial redistribution.
- Are placed using multiple accounts to obtain additional trial products.
- Show other indicators of fraud or abuse.
11. Warranty
If you keep your G1, your purchase will include Gyraline's standard product warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase.
12. Changes to the Trial Program
Gyraline may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Trial Program at any time. Changes will not affect Trial Orders that have already been accepted unless required by law or agreed to by the customer.
